Seminars & Workshop Services

Our seminars and workshops supply individuals and organizations with objective, research-based knowledge that empowers them to embrace change and growth. In the organizational context, these learning experiences build a foundation of shared understanding, and a common vocabulary and conceptual framework among participants. This fosters the collective ability to view problems, discuss options, solve problems, understand decisions, and take action from a common vantage point. Our seminars and workshops are typically offered in the following contexts:

  • As a component in organizational and unit improvement or change initiatives

  • As conference presentations

  • At meetings of professional associations

  • As keynote addresses at corporate events or conferences

“I have observed Mr. Harley’s facilitation of training programs at the Focused Motorola Management Institute (FMMI) and have always found him to be very responsive to the audience and developing a genuine relationship with them. At the end of each weeklong Institute, I ask participants for an overall evaluation of the program and all the speakers. Mr. Harley, as usual, receives the highest rating of our speakers.”

“As a ‘workshop veteran’ I approach most workshops skeptically, wondering ‘What else can they repackage, warm up and rehash?’ In this workshop, Bill Harley presented more new ideas than I could keep up with. All the ideas were directly applicable to my management activities and the wealth of examples, anecdotes and life experiences were absolutely outstanding. After a diet of ‘seminar leftovers’, I am truly grateful for such freshness and quality. Thank you!”
